Notes
· Safety equipment such as fire alarms and emergency lighting are there for
your safety, please do not tamper with these items.
· A free allocation of hours for long distance/international telephone is
available when made from the home.You do not have to purchase a telephone
card .
· The home is professionally cleaned prior to your stay and all bed
linen and towels are provided at the commencement of your stay.
· The house
front door key must be left in its security box each time you leave the
property. The replacement of a lost door key will be charged for.
You will be
provided with one key for the house. Should this key be lost or you lock
yourself out please phone our management company and they will attend for re
entry into the house.
A small charge may be levied depending on the time of
day at call out.
You are strongly advised to make a separate note of our
Management Companys telephone number and keep this with you at all times during
your stay.
· Please note that the climate in Florida is sub tropical, whilst
this makes for a great holiday care must be taken with food that is left
uncovered. Apart from spoiling and contaminating the uncovered food, insects and
pests can be attracted very quickly.
Any added costs that may be incurred
from lack of care in this respect may be passed on to you the guest.
· Please observe any time of day restrictions posted when using Tennis, Volleyball
or Basketball facilities at Venetian Bay.
· Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that children are always
supervised properly in and around the Swimming Pool areas.
· The main function of the Air
Conditioning System is quite obvious, however please do not attempt to tamper
with the controls. The system must always be left running as it provides
ventilation and guards against mould throughout the house.
· It is strongly
recommended that Guests take out adequate holiday insurance to cover
cancellation fees and any other losses which may occur.
· Should you have any
dissatisfaction or cause for complaint please contact our Management Company
direct whose contact details can be found in the home manual.
· We would like our homes to remain clean and tidy for each and every Guest,
so please treat them with the care and respect they deserve.
